"Inventory was right, surprisingly"
I ordered a couple of parts since the site said they were in stock, and they actually were. No random backorder email or that whole delay thing, which was nice. it’s just good when the inventory matches what it says for once.

"Returning this was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"

I was trying to make sure I got the right part without wasting money on the wrong one, and tech support was really helpful. They knew their stuff, answered my questions quickly, and didn’t make me feel dumb for asking. "Backorder updates could've been better"
I ordered a part and only found out after that it was on backorder. I don’t mind waiting if I know what’s going on, but the updates were lacking and I ended up having to keep checking on it myself.
It would’ve been way less frustrating if they sent clearer emails or at least gave some kind of real timeframe. Not the best first order for me, tbh.

"Nice to Know What You're Actually Buying"
I appreciated that Woodmans Parts Plus actually labeled when a part was aftermarket instead of OEM. Wild concept, right? It made it much easier to know what I was getting before I hit checkout. The part fit fine, there were no surprises, that’s all I was hoping for...

"Smooth order, but a little let down"
I ordered from Woodman's Parts Plus and, to be fair, the process was easy. The tracking updates came through like they should, so I could see when it shipped and where it was, which I appreciated.
The part arrived on time and was packed well enough, and it fit without any hassle. I guess I was just a little disappointed because the whole thing felt bare-bones, with no extra info or anything included, but overall it got the job done.

"Good parts, but the packaging needs work"
The parts showed up and worked just fine, so no complaints there. But the box was beat up, beat up, and there really wasn’t much padding inside. Luckily nothing was damaged, but I definitely expected a little more care with the packing.

I had a good experience using woodmanspartsplus.com. The site was simple to use, and I didn’t have to click around forever just to find the part I needed.

The search worked kinda well, and the categories made sense, which made things easier. The pages loaded fast too, and I always appreciate that when I’m trying to get something ordered.

My order was mostly correct, so that was good, but one small item ended up being the wrong thing?? Not really sure how that happened. I had to reorder it, which was a little annoying, but everything else was fine.

The part didn’t fit right at all. I was hoping it would be a simple fix, but it just didn’t line up the way it needed to. I haven’t bothered much with customer service because I don’t trust them to do anything helpful besides waste more of my time.

I ordered a replacement blade guard and a couple of small parts, and they seem solid. I’m no expert, so maybe I’m overthinking it, but nothing felt cheap or flimsy when I took them out of the box. Everything fit my machine fine, and I’ve been using it for a few weeks without any problems. So far, I’m happy with the quality.

The part showed up and fit just fine, and it looks like OEM to me. The packaging was plain though, so I wasn’t totally sure at first. I don’t mind waiting or being patient when I have to, but it’s annoying when I’m basically forced to sit there second-guessing something that could’ve been cleared up with better labeling. No major issue with the part itself, I just expected it to be more obvious.

"Pretty sure I’d order from here again"
I was a little unsure when I first ordered, mostly because I couldn’t tell at one point if my order had already shipped or was still being processed. The updates did come through though, maybe just not exactly when I expected them. Either way, the part showed up around when it was supposed to and everything was fine. The site feels legit to me, and I’d use them again if I needed more parts

"Parts lookup was frustrating"
I tried using the search and parts lookup, but it kept pulling up stuff that just didn’t really match what I was looking for. I had to click around a lot, like a lot, and some of the info was either missing or not super clear. I did manage to find a few parts in the end, but it took way longer than it should have. Not the worst site ever, just kind of annoying, annoying to use

I had a question about a part before I placed my order, and they got back to me surprisingly fast... which was a nice change. The response was clear and actually answered what I asked, not some generic copy-paste reply. It made ordering feel a lot easier.
